Hi my name is Victor Hernandez. I am originally from Guadalajara Mexico. When I was a young man I would work in the United States to help provide for my family. My jobs here were mainly in restaurants and I often started off as a dishwasher. In one of my jobs I saw a chef, seeing him and how he worked I quickly started getting invested in the cooking aspect of it,as when I was younger I would often cook with my family. I then set out to start learning every bit that I could, with lots of hard work and the help of many inspirational chefs and co workers i quickly started climbing up. I have worked at restaurants and country clubs that provided many different cuisines including Mexican, French, Italian, Chinese etc.. People then started admiring my food, I then decided that bringing my work to your table was a great idea therefore the creation of this company Chef Victors Catering. Whether its a private gathering or a grand event you’ll be promised an exceptional dining experience.
Hola, mi nombre es Víctor Hernández. Soy originario de Guadalajara, México. Cuando era joven, trabajaba en los Estados Unidos para ayudar a mantener a mi familia. Mis trabajos aquí eran principalmente en restaurantes y a menudo comencé de lavaplatos. En uno de mis trabajos vi a un chef, al verlo y ver cómo trabajaba, rápidamente comencé a involucrarme en el aspecto culinario, ya que cuando era más joven a menudo cocinaba con mi familia.
